ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By booking this retreat, you agree to the terms and conditions below. These may be updated at any time. The most current version is always available on the retreat website.

CANCELLATION POLICY

✔ All deposits are non-refundable
✔ Cancel 61+ days before the retreat — eligible for a refund of payments made (minus the deposit)
✔ Cancel 60 days or less — no refunds for any reason (including illness, travel disruption, or change of mind)

✔ This includes all Covid-related cancellations (illness, lockdowns, flight issues, etc.)
✔ Travel insurance is highly recommended

RETREAT CANCELLATION POLICY

If I (the retreat host) must cancel for any reason (including low attendance, illness, unforeseen circumstances):
✔ You will receive a full refund of payments made, excluding your deposit
✔ If possible, your deposit can be transferred to a future retreat
✔ I am not responsible for your flight or additional travel costs — please purchase travel insurance

DISCLAIMERS — ACCOMMODATION & ROOMS

✔ Room selection is first-come, first-served once full payment or deposit is received
✔ Shared rooms will be paired thoughtfully — or specify your roommate when booking
✔ Your booking secures one space on the retreat

GENERAL DISCLAIMERS

✔ I am not responsible for lost or stolen belongings
✔ I am not responsible for flight delays, cancellations, or travel disruption
✔ A valid passport is required if traveling from outside the UK
✔ Travel insurance is strongly recommended
✔ You agree to complete a Liability Waiver before the retreat

THIRD PARTIES

Catering, transport, and accommodation are provided by trusted third parties. I am not liable for their acts or omissions.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

SEVERABILITY

If any part of these terms is held invalid, the remaining terms remain enforceable.
