Join me in the beautiful Andalusian hills near Malaga for a 4-day retreat created exclusively for widowed women.

This is your space to breathe again. To connect with other women who get it, without judgment, pressure, or expectations. Together, we’ll create a safe, warm, and deeply supportive environment — where laughter happens just as naturally as tears.

Set on a peaceful, private estate surrounded by olive and almond trees, you’ll have the chance to slow down, rest, and reconnect with yourself — while being cared for every step of the way.

Your Retreat Includes:

✔ 4 days / 3 nights in charming, simple accommodation (private or shared)
✔ Daily gentle yoga, meditation, and movement (no experience needed)
✔ Morning journaling sessions to help you process and reflect
✔ All meals, drinks, and snacks — fresh, nourishing, and local
✔ Space for rest, reflection, laughter, connection, and quiet
✔ Beautiful surroundings — sunshine, nature, sea views, and peaceful walks

Shared Twin Room — £1150 per person (perfect for solo travelers or those booking together)

Pay a £275 Deposit Now — with two further payments invoiced by email before the retreat (secure and easy). Deposit is non-refundable.

All balance payments will be handled via email and paid securely online — no automatic charges.

• Travel to Spain and transfers to the venue are not included
• Malaga Airport is just a 30-minute drive from the retreat
