” It was the most emotional yoga experience I ever had…Thank you Orla Blackburn  for helping me to feel these yoga sessions in a new way.” DM

“Thank you Orla Blackburn. Your sessions are balm for the soul.” LE

Each Sunday I share a live session of Healing Yoga and meditation with my private FB group for the widowed – Beyond Bereavement Into Bravery. These sessions are gentle but powerful. It is not yoga as you know it but a way of moving your body to release the tension and tightness of grief whilst also regulating the fight/flight that becomes “normal” but which is not helpful to help you find the ability to live your changed life.

If you are unable to attend live (online) – which only the widowed attend (of all ages, married or not, women and men – pets and children attend too!) or you would like to repeat this in your own time, you can purchase the recording here

Repeat the playback as often as you like throughout the week for the price of a coffee. Soothing, healing, deeply relaxing. Keeping the energy in your body moving as you navigate your loss.

This recording is only available for 7 days – from Sunday to Sunday.

In the face of overwhelming grief, anxiety, or daily stress, finding calm might seem impossible. One effective and holistic method? Shifting focus from the mind to the body. Being present, not letting thoughts race ahead or dwell on what can't be changed.

But how do you achieve this, especially when everything feels so overwhelming? In times of trauma or intense anxiety - common reactions to grief - finding stillness in the mind seems impossible.

There is a way.

Widowed since 2018, and using the practices that help not just me, but many others who are struggling with deep loss, let me guide you through mindful movement and meditation, anchoring your day with soothing, calming practices. They're short, making them more achievable for daily completion.

Start and end your day with hope and calm.
