It’s difficult for most of us to “let go”, to truly relax, and to just be. This busy-ness of mind makes it very hard to sleep.

Yoga Nidra helps you to relax by taking a journey through the body, taking you out of your mind, and by bringing your awareness to the parts of you that require loving attention.

In grief and trauma, we can try and push aside the painful feelings and thoughts, but these unresolved/ignored feelings can manifest in the body instead. Yoga Nidra invites you to let go of all the tension, to soften it, and from this state of deep relaxation, we can invite more positive ways of thinking and being into the mind.

By creating more ease and less tension within our body and mind, it will be reflected outward in our lives.
