Each Sunday I share a live session of Healing Yoga and meditation with my private FB group for the widowed – Beyond Bereavement Into Bravery. These sessions are gentle but powerful. It is not yoga as you know it but a way of moving your body to release the tension and tightness of grief whilst also regulating the fight/flight that becomes “normal” but which is not helpful to help you find the ability to live your changed life.
If you are unable to attend live (online) – which only the widowed attend (of all ages, married or not, women and men – pets and children attend too!) or you would like to repeat this in your own time, you can purchase the recording here
Repeat the playback as often as you like throughout the week for the price of a coffee. Soothing, healing, deeply relaxing. Keeping the energy in your body moving as you navigate your loss.
