Although much of my work centres around supporting the widowed community through grief‑sensitive, trauma‑aware yoga and meditation, the same tools that soothe and regulate a tender nervous system are just as powerful for everyone — and every body.

These weekly classes are open to all. You don’t need to have any experience, flexibility, or balance — simply a curiosity to feel calmer, stronger, and more at ease in your own skin. Yoga isn’t about twisting yourself into shapes; it’s about learning to breathe, move, and rest in ways that help your body and mind work together again, with the added benefit of a body that feels so much better, more supple, more able.

Whether you’re returning to yoga after years away, or stepping onto the mat for the first time, know this: it’s never too late to start. Every breath counts, every stretch matters, and every pause gives your system a chance to reset.
